Our Garlic sausage won the Grand Champion Sausage at the 2008 Long Island, New York People’s Choice Awards against sausage makers from California, Wisconsin, Oregon, Louisiana, Washington and Texas, and won 1st place at the 1996 Texas Sausage Championship in Halletsville, Texas.

Extremely meaty and not grainy or super fatty like some TX. sausages. the bbq sauce was a bit sweet, but worked amazingly well with the spicy, savory sausage. Try it, you wont be disappointed!
